wbwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an Account for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), the Operator may forfeit any remaining Balance and Bonus Funds at its discretion. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their last-used Payment Method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the wbwin support team via live chat. Where an Account is closed at a Player's request, the verified real-money Balance (excluding any unmet bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified Payment Method within the standard processing timeframe.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and the Operator, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation in the first instance. Updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the revised document (the "Effective Date"). Your continued use of the Platform after the Effective Date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
